Role & responsibilities :- Perform and interpret non-invasive tests including: Echocardiography (HUTT, TTE and TEE) Cardiac stress testing (exercise and pharmacologic) ECG, Holter monitoring, TMT and event monitoring Conduct inpatient consultations and outpatient follow-ups. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and primary care. Contribute to patient education, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modification plans. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR. Preferred candidate profile MD - Medicine , MRCP with cardiology experience
Responsible for Payroll processing for the Unit by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders. Address payroll related queries promptly and maintain confidentiality of data. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. Develop JDs & KRA’s for all non - clinical roles. Handle disciplinary cases fairly, ensuring adherence to hospital policies. Maintain accurate employee records for audits and accreditation reviews. Support manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing. Drive employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Support disciplinary processes in line with labor laws and HR policy. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and other statutory requirements. Prepare and submit various HR MIS reports to Unit HR Head and corporate HR. Oversee exit formalities, derive action plan & implement. Responsible for internal HR audits.
