Senior Director – People & Culture
to lead and elevate our HR function. This leadership role requires a visionary approach to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will drive initiatives that attract top talent, build a high-performance culture, and ensure HR strategies are tightly aligned with business objectives. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping the company’s growth and long-term success.Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Acquisition
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.Design and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee satisfaction.Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and future workforce needs.Performance & Rewards Management
Develop performance management frameworks that drive accountability and excellence.Create incentive, recognition, and reward programs to motivate and retain high performers.Lead transparent appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.Policy, Compliance & Payroll
Design and update HR policies that promote inclusivity, employee well-being, and compliance with labor laws.Oversee accurate payroll management and statutory compliance through HRMS systems.Ensure adherence to local employment regulations and corporate governance standards.Learning, Development & Career Growth
Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs, mentorship, and career development initiatives.Identify leadership development opportunities and build programs to upskill high-potential employees.Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and execute engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, morale, and workplace satisfaction.Act as a culture champion to embed organizational values across all levels.HR Analytics & Operations
Maintain accurate HR data and provide actionable workforce insights to support business planning.Monitor HR KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, and learning & development.Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change.Core Skills
