We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid marketing and performance-driven initiatives. The role requires expertise in PPC, SEM, Meta Ads Management, Paid Media, and Performance Marketing with the ability to drive measurable ROI, brand visibility, and digital growth.
As a senior role, the incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
· Lead and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
· Drive SEM & PPC strategies for improved lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand presence.
· Manage and optimize budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
· Develop and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including search, display, remarketing, and video ads.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
· Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams for integrated marketing solutions.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Mentor, guide, and oversee the work of digital marketing executives.

o Remarketing & Retargeting Strategies
· Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver performance-based outcomes and KPIs.
· Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint preferred.
· Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing.
· Understanding of SEO and its synergy with paid campaigns.
· Data-driven mindset with problem-solving and innovation capabilities.
· Be part of a national-level skill development council under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.
