Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute impactful digital campaigns that drive growth, brand presence, and customer engagement across channels. You will own the digital strategy end-to-end — from performance marketing to content, automation to analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals (B2B/B2C as applicable).


Performance Marketing:

Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize for ROI, CAC, and CPL.


Content & SEO:

Oversee digital content strategy — blogs, social media, landing pages. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented.


Marketing Automation & CRM:

Design and execute email/SMS/WhatsApp journeys. Work with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.


Analytics & Reporting:

Set KPIs, track performance via GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, and produce actionable insights.


Team & Vendor Management:

Guide junior marketers, coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers as needed.


Brand & Engagement:

Build a consistent digital brand presence and ensure messaging aligns with customer journey stages.


Key Requirements

3–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing


Strong grasp of Meta/Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy


Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp


Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and a bias for execution


Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills


Experience in [industry, e.g., travel, SaaS, e-commerce] is a plus
