Position : Travel Manager Location : Noida Experience : Minimum 10 years in the Travel Industry Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Agency Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth across corporate, B2B, and retail channels. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, client management, and strategic sales approaches. The manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction to boost overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities · Sales Leadership : o Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales across corporate, B2B, and retail segments. o Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to expand market reach. o Monitor sales performance metrics and achieve revenue targets. · Team Management : o Lead, train, and motivate a team of travel consultants to deliver outstanding service. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity. o Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. · Client Relationship Management : o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and retail customers. o Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. o Customize travel solutions to meet diverse client needs, including corporate travel programs and group bookings. · Industry Expertise : o Leverage in-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, including corporate travel, B2B partnerships, and retail sales dynamics. o Stay updated on global travel regulations, visa processes, and supplier offerings. o Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure competitive rates. · Operational Oversight : o Oversee daily operations, including booking systems, itinerary planning, and customer support. o Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. o Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability. · Marketing and Promotion : o Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. o Promote travel packages and special offers through various channels, including digital platforms. o Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications and Skills · Minimum 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record in sales and management. · Strong understanding of corporate sales, B2B partnerships, and retail sales dynamics. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and CRM software. · Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans. · Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Additional Requirements · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. · Willingness to travel for business development and industry events. · High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
