Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  organic lead generation

  through SEO, content optimization, and website/landing page improvements.
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid lead generation campaigns

  across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Manage

  social media marketing

  activities, including organic content strategy and paid social campaigns for lead acquisition and brand visibility.
• Handle and guide the digital marketing team; allocate tasks, review performance, and ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Conduct

  competitive analysis

  to evaluate competitor strategies, keywords, ad creatives, messaging, and positioning; identify opportunities to improve lead performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and client stakeholders to align digital campaigns with enrollment and business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices specific to the

  EdTech and education sector

  .

Required Qualifications:

• 67 years of experience

  in digital marketing with strong expertise in

  organic and paid lead generation

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid media platforms

  .
• Prior experience working with

  EdTech or education clients

  is preferred.
• Proven experience in

  team handling

  and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset and performance optimization skills.
