Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Pune with 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3+ years in a client-facing leadership/technology role, you will play a pivotal role in leading our technology vision and serving as a key client interface. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging in client meetings, comprehending technical and business requirements, and transforming them into actionable proposals and solutions. Your strategic mindset, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in driving the company's technology roadmap while ensuring alignment with client needs. You will act as the primary technology representative in client interactions, grasp their business objectives and technical needs, and translate these into clear, actionable plans for internal development teams. Your role will also entail preparing and presenting Proof of Concept (POC) documents, technical proposals, and solution architectures, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business development, delivery, and engineering. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing commercial/technical proposals, including cost estimation, timelines, and project roadmaps, while staying abreast of emerging technologies to provide clients with optimal solutions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside 8-10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles. Your background should demonstrate strong experience in client-facing positions, particularly within IT services or consulting sectors, and showcase excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. A deep understanding of SDLC, software architecture, cloud technologies, and exposure to various domains such as Gen AI, Agentic AI, Salesforce, SAP, and Custom App Development will be advantageous.
