Product Ownership & Platform Development Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using React JS, Next JS, React Native, and backend services powered by Django/Python. Oversee UI/UX design coordination using Figma for wireframes and prototypes. Develop real-time communication features and virtual engagement modules using Agora. Ensure seamless performance, modular architecture, and integration with third-party APIs and AI-driven systems. 3. AI/ML Integration Implement AI/ML models into core products for automation, recommendations, and predictive analytics. Build intelligent tools leveraging NLP, LLMs, and custom ML pipelines. Leadership & Team Building Build, mentor, and manage a team of developers, freshers, and interns—providing structured training and technical oversight. Preferred Qualifications & Attributes Educational Background B.Tech (mandatory) and preferably M.Tech in CS, IT, or related fields from a reputed institution. Professional Experience Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Head, or Senior Technology Lead in HealthTech, SaaS, AI/ML, or product-based companies. Hands-on expertise building platforms using Django, Python, React JS, Next JS, React Native, PostgreSQL, and modern UI/UX workflows via Figma. Experience with real-time integrations (e.g., Agora), microservices, CI/CD, and cloud environments. Exposure to healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and secure system architecture is preferred.
