Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring brand consistency and effective online presence.

SEO/SEM Management: Manage and optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal budget utilization and maximizing ROI.

Social Media Marketing: Design and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic.

Email Marketing Campaigns: Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase retention, and drive sales, utilizing best practices in segmentation, personalization, and automation.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop engaging and creative campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and company-wide goals.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously refining strategies to stay competitive in a fast-evolving landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.

Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics, with hands-on experience managing SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.

Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make strategic marketing decisions.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
