Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Admin to manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST compliance, taxation, and IT return filing, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings Generate, verify, and manage client and vendor invoices Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits Maintain documentation and support for all financial transactions Candidate Requirements: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting and finance Strong knowledge in GST, taxation laws, and income tax filing Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) and MS Office (especially Excel) High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Required) Experience: Accounting: 4 years (Preferred) Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
