Job Title: Accounts Admin

Salary: ?20,000 ?25,000 per month
Gilco Global is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 13 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior exposure to working in a CA firm or having completed Articleship.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and CA as required
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance support
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
Support in general administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
13 years of relevant experience (experience with a CA firm or Articleship preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/ERP knowledge desirable)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must own a bike for easy commute
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Competitive salary in the range of ?20,000 ?25,000 per month
Exposure to accounting, compliance, and admin functions
