Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in executing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, creative, and capable of driving measurable business growth through performance marketing, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Manage lead generation, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics
  • A/B test ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for blogs, landing pages, and creatives
  • Improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

Social Media & Brand Marketing

  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
  • Execute organic + paid social strategies
  • Track engagement, reach, and follower growth

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Derive actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement (CRO)
  • Work with developers/designers on UI/UX improvements
  • Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, pixels, events

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Technical Skills

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO tools: SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CMS (WordPress preferred)
  • Email marketing tools & automation platforms (preferred)

Functional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Campaign planning and execution mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience working in agency, SaaS, IT services, or B2B environments preferred
  • Proven track record of lead generation and growth campaigns
