Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain products/services and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Update customer information in CRM.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling & conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Confidence, persuasive skills, and a target-driven attitude.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.
