This role is responsible for advanced data analysis, forecasting, and generating high-quality reporting to support strategic business and customer insights. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, communicates effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and can take initiative across multiple projects.The Senior Data Analyst typically uses a variety of software tools to perform data analysis, create visualizations, and derive insights, including Excel and Power BI. What You Will Do
Analytical & Strategic Insight
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex customer data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide accurate forecasts and support strategic decision-making across delivery functions.
- Identify risks, anomalies, or gaps in data and proactively suggest solutions.
Reporting & Data Integrity
- Build and deliver clear, compelling customer reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure high data quality by validating accuracy, detecting errors, and implementing monitoring practices.
- Deliver consistent, well-documented insights and support ad hoc reporting needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data specifications.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
- Build trust and alignment with business users by presenting complex data in a business-relevant language.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Help optimize report delivery workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of internal data processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability in reporting processes and data systems.
Team Contribution & Mentorship
- Act as a resource and informal mentor to peers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting collaborative problem solving.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in a senior data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
- Proven experience in a senior analyst role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong command and proficiency in data visualization.
- Ability to recognize data patterns.
- Ability to simultaneously handle data projects at a time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of analysts.
