The Role

Senior Power BI Developer

hands-on dashboard development

What You’ll Do

Design and develop
clear, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards
in Power BI and Power BI Embedded
Create and maintain scalable data models and datasets for customer-facing and internal reporting
Deliver dashboards that translate complex data into
easy-to-read visuals
for field service managers and decision-makers
Partner with QA to test, validate, and ensure dashboards and reports meet high quality and reliability standards
Build and automate test plans to maintain data accuracy and system performance
Optimize dashboards for usability, readability, and performance across devices
Support and train teams and customers in using dashboards effectively
Contribute to shaping
data visualization standards and strategy
at Wello

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in BI development, with
3+ years hands-on Power BI
(Power BI Embedded experience is a big plus)
Advanced skills in
DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Strong understanding of
data visualization principles
(chart selection, UX, readability, accessibility)
Proven experience designing dashboards that simplify complexity and
drive action
Background in QA or working closely with testing teams is highly valued
Experience with SQL databases, ETL processes, and integration with SaaS products
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
