· Provide data-backed insights for budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.

3. Team Management & Development

· Supervise and guide Consultants, Senior Associates, and Associates to achieve quality and efficiency.

· Conduct task performance reviews, workload planning, and ensure alignment with ROI targets.

· Facilitate ongoing mentorship, internal trainings, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

· Encourage a positive, motivated, and accountable work culture within the department.

4. Business Development & Organizational Growth

· Collaborate with management on business expansion strategies and client proposals.

· Participate in external meetings, presentations, and client onboarding for new engagements.

· Contribute to marketing, case studies, or departmental write-ups for firm branding.

· Support new service initiatives, process enhancements, and client value-add strategies.

5. Research, Insights & Representation
