What You’ll Do

• Lead client relationships

  for key accounts; act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

• Own proposals & presentations:

  translate briefs into sharp concepts, structure decks, craft narratives, and present confidently (in-person and virtual).

• Scope & budget events:

  build itemised cost estimates, negotiate with vendors, and protect margins while meeting client expectations.

• Pipeline management:

  maintain an opportunity tracker, forecast revenue, and drive proposal submission timelines.

• Relationship growth:

  identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; nurture multi-stakeholder connects at client organisations.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years

  of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management within events/experiential/activations or related marketing services.

• Outstanding English communication

  —written (decking, emails) and verbal (presenting, room leadership). Hindi fluency is a plus.

• Creative acumen

  with a strong eye for design and storytelling in decks; ability to turn business problems into ideas.

• Presentation mastery:

  PowerPoint/Google Slides & Keynote; working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for budgets; familiarity with Canva/Figma is a plus.

• Stakeholder finesse:

  pleasing personality, poise under pressure, and the ability to build

  deeper, long-term client connections
