Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Services Manager located in Chennai. The Senior Client Services Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth event operations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The role also involves analyzing client feedback to improve service offerings and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project.
