Senior Client Services Manager

You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the successful execution of projects and day-to-day delivery of services to clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, managing client communications and conflict resolution, collaborating with planning and creative teams, and overseeing program execution and financial performance. Additionally, you will be expected to manage projects to meet cost, quality, and timing targets, analyze search data and metrics, maintain schedule and cost performance indexes, ensure adherence to project timelines, and provide training and guidance to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients and guide teams towards achieving client objectives - Identify opportunities for account growth with existing clients - Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables - Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop and execute online/offline strategies - Oversee program execution and financial performance while ensuring overall strategy alignment - Manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets - Analyze search data and metrics to make decisions regarding campaign direction - Maintain schedule and cost performance indexes - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Provide thorough training, mentorship, and guidance to team members Qualifications Required: - Prior work experience of more than 5 years in Client Servicing / Account Management - Ability to effectively manage a large team - Strong awareness of Google Algorithm Updates - Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams - Excellent communication skills (Note: The job type is Full-time with a day shift schedule and in-person work location.),
