We design and deliver high-impact brand experiences (corporate shows, launches, festivals) and represent artists —singers, comics, anchors, speakers, DJs, and indie acts—for private and corporate bookings. Role Snapshot Own revenue across two verticals : 1) Events & Experiences and 2) Talent/Artist Bookings . Drive the full sales cycle—prospect → discover → solution → proposal/pitch → negotiate/contract → handover—partnering with Client Servicing, Creative, Production, and Talent Ops as required. Key Responsibilities Build quarterly GTM plans by sector and roster categories ; maintain account plans. Grow pipeline via mapping, outreach (email/ LinkedIn/ calls), events, referrals, and venue/label/partner tie-ups. Qualify & scope briefs; for talent, align availability, riders, EPKs/showreels , rates, and logistics. Craft proposals/decks/packages Close deals: structure commercials, MSAs/ SOWs, artist agreements , usage rights, and payment schedules; safeguard margins. On-ground presence at key meetings, rehearsals, and show days to strengthen relationships. What You’ll Bring 5–8 years in BD/sales within events/live entertainment/talent management (agency experience preferred). Hunter mindset with a relationship-first approach and high integrity. Excellent English ; Hindi a plus. Strong presence with CXO and HNI stakeholders. Network with brand marketers, agencies, venues, labels/management firms, and talent managers. Commercial fluency: event costing & artist economics (fees, buyouts, backline, travel/hospitality, promo/usage). Contract literacy: exclusivity/territory, cancellations/force majeure, IP/usage permissions. Decks & sheets skills (Slides/PowerPoint; Excel/Sheets); CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) KPIs New logos and qualified meetings per week . Events revenue & talent booking revenue vs targets; blended gross margin . Win rate and average deal size . Cross-sell (events ↔ talent), roster utilization , and repeat bookings . Sales cycle time , forecast accuracy , and DSO/receivables . Reporting & Compensation Reports to: Head of Business, Company Directors Compensation: Competitive fixed + performance-linked incentives (events & talent), travel/communication allowances.
