Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire new clients, channels, and sectors for digital rewards, gift cards, and e-gifting solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand business footprint in B2B, B2B2C, and enterprise segments.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets in line with organizational goals.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build strategic alliances with larger enterprise clients, corporates, e-commerce players, loyalty platforms, and channel partners, etc.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures in collaboration with finance and legal teams.

Client Engagement & Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts by delivering innovative reward solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with client servicing and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery.

Solution Selling & Product Integration

  • Understand client requirements deeply to position customized digital gifting and rewards solutions.
  • Work with technology teams to facilitate API integrations and ensure smooth platform adoption.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging fintech solutions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and prepare comprehensive business reports for senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Experience:

    7–10 years in business development/partnerships in fintech, loyalty, digital rewards, or e-gifting industry.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    of fintech products, gift cards, loyalty programs, and API-based integrations will be preferred.
  • Commercial Acumen:

    Proven ability to manage P&L, negotiate deals, and close high-value partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to derive insights from data and market intelligence.
  • Communication & Leadership:

    Strong presentation, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
