Below find the Job Description:- 1. Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc. 2. Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities. 3. Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc. 4. Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates. 5. Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. 6. Ability to manage data entry and workflow via online systems, databases, and MIS reports. 7. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. 8. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. 9.
