Job Title: Business Development Manager – Security & IFM Services
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting to: Head – Business Development / Director – Sales
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in Security Services and IFM Sales
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fresher or Internship options not applicable for this senior role)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mohali/Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Security Services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Manned Guarding, Electronic Surveillance, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, Pest Control, and other IFM services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, CXOs, and other key stakeholders across corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, tenders, pricing models, and service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new areas for growth.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads and represent the company.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular MIS/sales reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum); MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in Security & IFM services.
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycles, tendering processes, and contract management in the services industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing high-value clients and large contracts.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
