Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow Tribyte’s AI-LMS footprint. Identify, engage, and close deals with schools, universities, and training organizations. Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, demo, negotiation, and closure. Run multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, events, etc.). Demonstrate how Generative AI enhances digital learning engagement and outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and go-to-market plans. Represent Tribyte Technologies at conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings across India. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in B2B EdTech, LMS, or SaaS sales. Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets. Deep understanding of education technology, AI, and Generative AI trends. Experience in digital lead generation campaigns and CRM-based sales tracking. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India for client acquisition and relationship management. Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI-driven learning products or adaptive learning platforms. Established network within the education and training ecosystem. MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
