Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for Collaborations at ToppersNotes, your primary responsibility will be to expand the business through strategic partnerships with coaching institutes, faculties, and educators. You will play a crucial role in developing collaborations for publications, supporting coaching business growth, providing technology solutions, offering printing services, conducting market research, and driving business expansion in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard coaching institutes, faculties, and educators for content creation and publication partnerships. - Develop and negotiate royalty-based agreements with educators for publishing and distributing their content through ToppersNotes. - Collaborate with coaching institutes and educators to scale their business through customized solutions. - Offer technology-driven solutions such as LMS, test platforms, mobile apps, and CRM to enhance coaching efficiency. - Provide consultation on branding, digital presence, and student outreach strategies for coaching institutes. - Engage with coaching institutes and faculties for printing services, understanding their needs, and offering tailored printing and publishing solutions. - Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities in the education sector. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the coaching and education industry. - Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and establish brand presence. Qualification Required: - Experience: 2-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in EdTech, Publishing, or Printing industry. - Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Understanding of the Education Ecosystem: Familiarity with coaching institutes, faculty requirements, and industry trends. - Technology Awareness: Basic knowledge of EdTech solutions like LMS, CRM, and digital platforms is a plus. - Proactive & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet business goals, and drive revenue through collaborations.
