Category Lead – MPSC & Maharashtra State Exams

Location: Jaipur Rajasthan (WFO)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Category Lead to drive the academic and strategic

direction for our MPSC and other Maharashtra state-level exam segments. The ideal candidate will have

first-hand experience with these exams, deep understanding of the syllabus and exam trends, and a

student-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead content planning and strategy for MPSC and other Maharashtra state competitive exams (e.g.,

PSI/STI/ASO, Talathi, Group-C, etc.).

Design and review curriculum, test series, and preparatory materials aligned with current exam

patterns.

Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality academic content.

Track changes in exam patterns and update the course materials accordingly.

Analyze performance data and student feedback to refine learning strategies.

Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive growth of the category.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have appeared for the MPSC Prelims and Mains at least once.

Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the MPSC Mains.

Candidates who have appeared and/or cleared other Maharashtra state -level exams (like PSI/STI/ASO,

Talathi, Group C, etc.) are strongly preferred.

Bonus advantage for candidates who have appeared for UPSC Prelims or Mains, especially if cleared.

Skills & Competencies Required:

In-depth understanding of MPSC syllabus, pattern, and preparation strategy.

Strong communication and presentation skills in Marathi and English.

Team leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Familiarity with digital education tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Passion for mentoring and guiding students through competitive exam journeys.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, content creation, or test series design for MPSC or

related exams.

Prior experience with ed-tech platforms or coaching institutes is a plus.
