About the Role

 We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in International HR Placement Services to spearhead business growth for our Permanent Placement, Payroll Outsourcing,

 Third-Party Contracting (TPC), and Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business leads and client acquisitions across Gulf, Africa, and Eastern European markets, along with multi-industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

 • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in International & Domestic HR placement services

 (Permanent, Payroll Outsourcing, TPC, FTC).

 • Build strong networks and partnerships with employers in Manufacturing, Automobile, Oil & Gas, Construction,

 IT, Hospitality, and other sectors.

 • Drive lead generation through market research, cold calling, client visits, networking events, and digital outreach.

 • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.

 • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance.

 • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

 • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development reports to management.

Key Requirements

 • Minimum 5–8 years in Business Development within HR/Manpower/Placement services, with proven exposure

 to Gulf, Africa, and Eastern Europe markets.

 • Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and building a client base across international

 markets.

 • Strong understanding of Permanent Hiring, Payroll Outsourcing, TPC & FTC models.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 • Ability to work independently, meet aggressive targets, and travel internationally as required.

 Preferred Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.

 • Existing client network in GCC, African, and Eastern European regions will be a strong advantage.

 • Knowledge of international labor laws, recruitment practices, and compliance is desirable.
