About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the firms growth strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and engagement letters.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tax, Audit, Advisory) to structure client solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
• Manage CRM systems, track leads, and analyse conversion data.
• Represent the firm in professional networking events, seminars, and conferences.
• Work closely with Partners to position the firms services and brand visibility.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Marketing. MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in business development within a CA / consulting / legal / financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of professional services like taxation, audit, and advisory.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare persuasive client proposals and presentations.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
