About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Generalist who will oversee the complete HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and exit formalities. The role also involves administrative coordination, assisting leadership with internal communication, and supporting the production team with podcast-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Generalist

  • Manage the

    end-to-end HR lifecycle

    from screening and recruiting candidates to onboarding, email creation, laptop allotment, employee engagement, planning of events and celebrations, and managing exit formalities.
  • Handle

    full-cycle recruitment

    , including preparing job descriptions based on team requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in coordination with team leads, ensuring clear role alignment throughout the process.
  • Oversee

    HR operations

    such as induction, attendance management, background verification, drafting of HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, warning, exit, etc.), and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements.
  • Support the

    CEO

    with drafting emails, internal communications, and general coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
  • Serve as the

    single point of contact

    for employee queries, welfare initiatives, and internal communication.

Podcast Coordination

  • Coordinate with the

    production team

    throughout the podcast process — from planning and scheduling recordings to the final release of each episode, and be available during shoots to support on-ground requirements.
  • Maintain the

    podcast calendar

    , track episode timelines, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparing

    episode summaries, show notes, and content briefs

    to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Provide overall

    coordination and logistical support

    to ensure a smooth, end-to-end podcast workflow.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Administration.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Creative mindset and interest in podcasting or content coordination is a plus.
