Job Description

*Role of a SR BDE (SR Business Development Executive)*

  1. A BDE need to select a Sub Route to work, once that sub route is penetrated completely then move to another sub route
  2. A BDE need to start his Day at 9 AM and work till 6 PM in his Assigned Route
  3. BDEs need to work in the combination of Phone Call & Field Cold Call
  4. BDEs need to make 20 Phone Calls & try fixing maximum Appointments and 20 Field Visits to FBOs

Phone Call Working:

  1. Segregate the data Sub Route Wise
  2. Make Phone Calls and Fix Meetings
  3. Visit the Meeting and Enroll
  4. Keep the Follow Up on Un Enrolled Data and keep following it in regular intervals by formulating strategy as needed to close the FBO

Follow Up Strategy on FBOs

  1. Mention Proper Remark on all FBOs which will help us identify difference between warm and hot prospects
  2. Mention a Follow Up date against each of the Prospect in the excel sheet, which helps us making the plan on a daily basis by applying filter
  3. We should keep the follow up on until we close the FBO
