Job Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in both international domains. The candidate should have strong communication skills, proven expertise in lead generation and client handling, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Role & Responsibilities: Bachelors degree Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value Graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva). Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing. A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans. Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq). Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. A person Should have experience about dedicate hiring model. hands on experience required for Out bound sales | Inside sales. Good To Have Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Middle East). Prior exposure to platforms like Apolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency partnerships. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing to cross-sell services
