Senior Business Development Executive

• Lead Generation:Actively prospect for new business leads through various channels like inbound inquiries, outbound calls, networking, and social selling, utilizing HubSpot's CRM and marketing tools to identify qualified prospects.
• Sales Pipeline Management:Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, conduct needs assessments, and effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent opportunity flow.
• Customer Relationship Building:Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how HubSpot solutions can address them.
• Solution Selling:Present customized HubSpot product demonstrations, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits to prospective clients.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals:Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Accurately forecast sales revenue, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to sales leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven Sales Track Record:Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment, ideally with experience selling SaaS solutions.
• HubSpot Expertise:Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales processes.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
• Relationship Building:Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Technical Acumen:Understanding of technology and business needs to effectively position HubSpot solutions.
• Data Analysis:Capability to analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
