• Run

  email marketing campaigns

  and follow-ups to engage prospects and nurture leads.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and lead nurturing.
• Work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies with company goals and service offerings.
• Set up and attend virtual meetings or calls with prospects, pitch offerings, and convert them into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity, outreach efforts, and conversion metrics in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market trends

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years

  of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
• Hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  , and other lead-gen platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience running outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold emails, and email automation tools.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
