Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Revenue Generation


  • Drive B2B sales for Torchit’s product portfolio (assistive aids, AI solutions, educational aids).
  • Identify and convert new institutional leads: NGOs, disability organisations, schools, hospitals, foundations, state departments, CSR wings.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and pitch meetings.



2. B2B & Institutional Partnerships


  • Build strong partnerships with NGOs, CSR teams, corporate foundations, distributors, and government nodal agencies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing partners and ensure repeat orders.
  • Represent Torchit at exhibitions, CSR events, industry conferences, and partner meetings.



3. Market Expansion & Outreach


  • Identify new geographies, sectors, and institutional segments for expansion.
  • Build networks with Rotary, Lions Clubs, NDFDC, state disability departments, and social sector organisations.
  • Develop strategies for expanding the adoption of products in rural and urban markets.



4. Proposal & Documentation Support


  • Prepare proposals, quotations, MoUs, project briefs, and partnership letters.
  • Support CSR teams with documentation and follow-ups when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, logistics, and reporting.



5. Customer Support & Relationship Management


  • Ensure high partner satisfaction through timely communication and support.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share with product and operations teams.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, call logs, and sales pipeline updates.




📌 Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of NGO, CSR, and social sector landscapes is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable traveling for field visits and demos.
  • Passion for social impact and inclusion.




📌 Qualification & Experience


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales.
  • Experience in disability sector, health-tech, ed-tech, or social enterprise space preferred.
