Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Tender Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including preparing and submitting tender documents, conducting market research, liaising with various departments, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. They will also be responsible for monitoring tender portals, managing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records of all tender-related documents and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing and submitting tender documents
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management and understanding project specifications
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the assistive technology or healthcare industry is a plus
