Tender Executive

Position: - Tender Executive

Desired Profile: - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the entire tender process, from submission to contract finalization. The candidate will ensure compliance with submission timelines, manage documentation, conduct in-depth tender and market analysis, and collaborate across departments to optimize resource allocation. The individual will also be responsible for preparing both technical and commercial bids.

Education and Qualification: - Any Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Tender Submission Management:

• Monitor and enforce to tender submission deadlines, including preparation, verification, binding, and packing of tender documents.
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of outgoing tenders, maintaining compliance with all submission requirements.

Tender Document Review:

• Thoroughly review tender documents, including the scope of works and specifications.
• Evaluate the feasibility of participation based on qualification and financial criteria. Prepare detailed presentations, risk matrices, and provide critical information to senior management for bidding approval.

Market Inquiry & Cost Analysis:

• Initiate inquiries and analyze market conditions, ensuring competitiveness. And conduct comprehensive price comparisons and update costings to reflect market trends.
• Regularly assess and adjust costing structures to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Tender Review & Compliance Check:

• Prepare detailed tender review documentation, ensuring the proposed methodology, pricing strategy, and margin contingency align with company goals and client expectations.
• Ensure that all tender submissions are technically sound and commercially competitive.

Bid Preparation & Submission:

• Preparation of both technical and commercial bids in strict accordance with the tender requirements.
• Ensure that bids are comprehensive, well-structured, and deliverable within the stipulated timeframe and budget.

Experience: - 0 to 3 years

Salary Range - Will be decided after your interview, as per market standards

Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
