Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Guwahati. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing comprehensive submission documents, and coordinating communication with stakeholders in various Tender portals such as GEM, Assam Tenders, etc. The role involves analyzing tender requirements, creating competitive bids, and ensuring timely submission. Additionally, the Tender Executive will track tender statuses, maintain up-to-date records, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tender preparation, submission processes, and bid management
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in document creation, editing, and proofreading
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with event management, marketing, or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
