Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
Work Mode: Office | 6 Days Working (Saturday WFH)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Inside Sales / BDE / Admissions
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Monthly Incentives

About the Company

IIM SKILLS is a leading EdTech organization offering professional certification programs across various domains. We are expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive counselling, conversions, and end-to-end enrolments.

Role Overview

The Senior BDE will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and ensure a seamless admissions experience. This role is suited for candidates who are target-driven, confident communicators, and experienced in sales or counselling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and structured follow-ups.
  • Conduct counselling sessions to understand goals and recommend the right programs.
  • Own the admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Admissions, or BDE roles.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage.
