Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Product – Finance to take ownership of our finance vertical. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building and improving finance-related educational products from scratch, ensuring they meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
• Define the product roadmap and long-term vision for the finance program.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Product Development
• Lead end-to-end product development: ideation, curriculum design, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with SMEs, content creators, and instructional designers to build best-in-class content.
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams to align product offerings with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between learners, instructors, and internal teams to ensure feedback is implemented.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization
• Continuously analyze course performance and learner feedback to drive improvements.
• Monitor key KPIs like completion rates, learner satisfaction, and job outcomes.
• Team Leadership
• Build and manage a cross-functional team to scale the finance product vertical.
• Mentor junior product managers and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a product or program leadership role.
• Strong academic background: CA / CFA / ACCA / MBA in Finance is a must.
• Proven experience in product development or curriculum design, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based out of Delhi or Noida.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in building online finance courses or certifications.
• Exposure to LMS platforms, digital content strategies, and learner engagement tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
