Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.


• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify potential growth areas.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services, ensuring successful product-market fit.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.


• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the paints or coatings industry.


• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
