We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong telecom expertise. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technology requirements, focusing on OSS/BSS, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years as a Business Analyst with at least 2–3 years in the Telecom domain.
Strong knowledge of:
Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Number portability
Billing and revenue management
Prepaid vs. Postpaid customer models
Wholesale/MVNO/MVNE operations
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Lucidchart.
Preferred:
Prior experience with carriers, MVNOs, or telecom service providers.
OSS/BSS transformation, API/microservices integration, and cloud migration exposure.
TM Forum frameworks knowledge.
Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or TM Forum.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Product, Marketing, OSS/BSS, Customer Care, and Network Operations) to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and workflows for telecom operations.
Support initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle: provisioning, SIM lifecycle, number portability, billing, CRM, and revenue management.
Conduct gap analysis of existing systems (billing platforms, mediation systems, CRM, provisioning systems).
Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Support UAT and validation to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Provide expertise in MVNO/MVNE operations including carrier API integrations.
Act as a liaison between client teams and offshore delivery teams.
