In this vital role you will [be responsible for the recruitment strategy and efforts for Amgen India as well as other positions across Amgen as needed. This position will also play a key role in developing and delivering best-in-class recruitment services to ensure Amgen is positioned to attract and recruit exceptional talent. Roles and Responsibilities': Maintain a consolidated hiring plan dataset, inclusive of records management & the creation of rolling workforce plans Reporting and reconciling hiring plan data, as well as communicating to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners regarding planned vs actuals requisitions Operating batch recruitment processes and allocation of recruitment support across functions Support the rollout of a new continuous recruitment process, as well as other enhancements to hiring plan administration workflow as required Interface with analytics lead to ensure hiring plan data appropriately supports dashboards on recruitment process Lead data reconciliation processes: Interface with organizational design team to ensure that hiring plan data coheres with organizational design plans of records; Interface with recruitment leads to ensure that TA activity coheres with hiring plan Interface with hiring leads to provide detailed instructions on hiring process & actions required; serve as immediate point of contact & escalation point to ensure key deliverables met Support analytics dashboard review & refinement of source data Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment progress and updates What We Expect Of You We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree and 6 to 9 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience Previous recruiting experience at the professional and management team level. Experience delivering results by creating, implementing and driving an executive or functional recruitment processes while exhibiting subject matter expertise to influence executives and other business leaders or decision makers. Experience structuring, negotiating and delivering complex offers including a thorough understanding of various compensation levers and company benefits. Knowledge of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) tools such as Eightfold, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite and AI sourcing technologies Soft Skills: Leadership and relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and HR teams. Exercise discretion and sound judgment, uses an analytical approach, and has the ability to think proactively and strategically throughout the recruitment and negotiation process. Communication and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and eloquent manner.
