About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Operations professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for inventory planning, production coordination, logistics management, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency, delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels aligned with production and sales forecasts.
  • Oversee production and packaging workflows, ensuring timely assembly and dispatch of kits and finished goods.
  • Streamline domestic and cross-border logistics operations, including handling required customs documentation to ensure smooth international shipments.
  • Collaborate with courier partners and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve transit-related issues proactively.
  • Address post-delivery concerns raised by end users, particularly related to hardware components, by coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Work closely with procurement and vendor teams to support cost-effective sourcing and timely replenishment of materials.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors by coordinating with finance and procurement teams, maintaining positive supplier relationships.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across procurement, warehouse, production, and customer support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in maintaining process compliance and operational efficiency across all functions within the supply chain.


Key Skills & Tools

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP/Supply Chain Management Systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Execution-driven with strong organizational skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics
  • Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
