Job Description

Position: Senior Associate – Sales - International Programs.

Reporting To: Manager – International Programs.

What Will You Do?

A. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target international partners—corporates, accelerators, universities, governments, innovation agencies.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate opportunity tracking and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams (programs, strategy, finance, delivery) to design and customize partner solutions.
  • Ensure contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition in coordination with Finance.

B. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups with international clients to strengthen engagement and renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and sales collateral tailored to partner needs.
  • Support international delegations and immersion programs, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and execution.
  • Act as the primary SPOC for assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to recommend new international business opportunities.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in international sales or business development—particularly in roles similar to:
  • International Sales Associate
  • International Business Development Executive
  • Preferred Backgrounds: Startup ecosystem enablers, corporates with global reach, EdTech platforms, innovation agencies, marketplace expansion teams.

  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management.
  • CRM-savvy with strong pipeline tracking skills.
