As a Program Associate – Innovation , you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of innovation-focused programs, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders while managing reporting, feedback, and process improvement. Support day-to-day operations and execution of innovation engagements (Example: mentorship, workshops, office hours, post-program support) Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery Maintain program tracking via project management tools (Zoho Projects / Asana / similar) Create and manage program reports, dashboards, communication templates, and knowledge assets Collect, analyze, and act upon feedback to drive continuous program improvement Expected Deliverables: Effective execution of programs (startups/corporates/academia/government) with no major escalations Consistent tracking, reporting, and improvement of program KPIs and stakeholder engagement metrics Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate high impact corporate events Requirements: A postgraduate degree with a specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience in program coordination or similar roles, preferably in startup ecosystems, incubators, or corporate innovation teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, or Asana. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and driving structured program operations.  Desired Skills & Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative.
