What will you do?

Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent, compelling brand presence across digital platforms, media, internal communications, and events. Ensure tone, messaging, and visual identity are aligned across all touchpoints.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the key liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders. Understand the marketing and communication needs of different teams and deliver on them effectively.

Founder & Startup Support

  • Work with startup founders and T-Hub-supported companies to shape their brand stories, support award nominations, and provide media outreach strategies to amplify visibility.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage external creative, PR, and media agencies to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective deliverables. Oversee execution and maintain alignment with brand objectives.

Program Management

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing and communications initiatives across multiple verticals. Ensure timelines, quality, and messaging are consistently met.


Expected Deliverables:

  1. Establish a PR Desk

    dedicated to startup founders for story curation and outreach.
  2. Enable Media Coverage

    for T-Hub, its startups, and corporate clients through proactive storytelling and journalist relationships.
  3. Support Award Applications

    by assisting founders in articulating their journeys for recognitions and honors.


Competencies to be Validated:

  1. Manage and elevate brand visibility across all external and internal channels.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and founders to understand marketing/PR needs.
  3. Support founders with PR planning, storytelling, and media outreach.
  4. Liaise with external agencies for PR, creative, and media deliverables.
  5. Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.


Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing/Communications is a plus


Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in account management in PR or advertising agencies, preferably managing consumer or new-age brands

  • PR & Advertising Agencies
  • Marketing teams of high-growth consumer or digital-first brands
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder marketing program execution
