Role & responsibilities All the groundwork related to employee joining kit, such as, stationary for office use, Laptop, Computer, Sim card, phone, etc. Tour & travel management of the Staff, managing aggregator services AMC of the office equipments, Handling with telecom companies etc. Building and Assets Management and Maintenance of offices across locations Supervision of the Construction work going on in the premises, if any Estate Management, Assigning job profile to other admin staff and supervision on security staff in office Local Liasoning work with BMC etc. Supervision to ensure good housekeeping in entire building / offices. Responsible for effective Management of Uniforms for the staff across group companies Responsible to manage Id Card and Visiting card for the entire group of companies employees. Maintaining and updating database, dashboard of the entire admin activities Responsible to Maintain, manage the assets data sheet and its update time to time. Generate MIS of Major Admin activities on monthly basis. Any other activities assigned by the Reporting Manager time to time to meet the organisation requirements. Preferred candidate profile Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent administrative acumen.

Authorities) and giving them technical presentation for all range of products their suitability, applications, proportions, and solving other technical queries. Identifying and developing new streams for growth of business and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business. Achieve the annual sales target both in terms of top-line and profitability. Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline. Analysing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the marketing and sales teams for coming up new products / applications. Handling institutional sales, projects segment & direct customer. Organising product presentation for technical heads. Product approvals and approvals conversion into sales. Compliant handling regarding application and product. Product testing activities and test report follow up. Awareness of new and fast-moving products. Market intelligence & market research, Constant updating of customer database and new projects. Payment Collection. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting on periodic basis. Develop and appoint dealers & distributors to expand product reach in the market.
