An expert at identifying target customers and implementing the company's mission through strategic processes to get the most out of existing marketing plans as well as devise new marketing plans to achieve the same.
• Conducts market research, checks efficacy of marketing campaigns and strategies as well as planning for marketing activities accordingly
• Developing publicity materials and working with multiple stakeholders to create internal and external publicity campaigns
• Know & use a wide range of advanced digital marketing platforms & tools
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns/plans & creating reports
• Formulate marketing strategy with clear segmentation of demand and customers
• Drive customer centric mind set and culture across the organization, develop customer offer and customer engagement plans with Sales and technology
• Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
• In order to translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
• Closely work with agencies to formulate social media management and ensure brand consistency
• Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising).
• Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
• Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media and other marketing vehicles.
