Job Description

As the Marketing and Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving demand and accelerating pipeline growth through data-driven strategies. Collaborating closely with sales and partners, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end demand generation initiatives across various channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** - Plan integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. - Own the demand generation calendar and align it with sales priorities and business objectives. - Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, webinars, events, etc. - **Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth:** - Define pipeline goals and campaign KPIs. - Partner with BDR/ISR teams for lead follow-up and conversion. - **ABM & Segmented Outreach:** - Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic accounts. - Personalize content and outreach strategies based on buyer personas and industry verticals. - **Digital & Marketing Ops:** - Collaborate with marketing operations to manage campaign performance, reporting, and marketing automation tools. - **Content & Events Collaboration:** - Partner with the content team to develop campaign-specific assets such as eBooks, blogs, videos, and case studies. - Manage participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to drive awareness and lead generation. - **Analytics & Reporting:** - Track and report on campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and ROI. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 7+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and campaign management. - Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, pipeline creation, and marketing attribution. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). - Familiarity with ABM platforms and performance analytics tools. - Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities. **Preferred:** - Experience in technology, SaaS, or cloud services. - Exposure to international campaigns (APAC, US, or EMEA). - Knowledge of Google Cloud or other hyperscaler ecosystems is a plus.,
