What Will You Do?

  1. Drive lead generation for the Corporate Innovation team through targeted outreach via emails, cold calls, and CRM tools.
  2. Conduct research to identify and qualify potential corporate clients aligned with T-Hub’s innovation offerings.
  3. Create tailored outreach content – including email scripts, call scripts, and pitch decks – for CXO-level engagement.
  4. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and manage it using tools like HubSpot or equivalent CRMs.
  5. Schedule meetings with corporate decision-makers and coordinate seamless handover to the senior team.


Expected Deliverables:

  1. Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads from Fortune 500 and innovation-focused companies.
  2. Set up meetings every month for the Corporate Innovation team.
  3. Implement a structured lead generation process using CRM, automation, and research tools.
  4. Contribute actively to the Corporate Innovation revenue pipeline.


Requirements:

  • Education

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Sales, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
  • Experience

  • 4 years in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, Market Research, or similar roles.
  • Preferred Background

  • Experience in innovation consulting, SaaS firms, market research, or startup ecosystem  enablers.
  • CXO-level stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.


Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • CRM tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Lead-gen tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo
  • Email automation tools (preferred)
  • Canva or similar tools for outreach content (preferred)
